September 1st local time, an on-site and video meeting with staff was held. There were around 1200 participants, including Grandland Holdings' executive director and president Mr.. ZhangYi, Grandland Group's executive president Mr.. LiWeishe, Permasteelisa's CEO Riccardo, Permasteelisa's COO Flavio Chiari, Holland Scheldebouw Plant's CEO Nicola Calzolari, PDM Bart VanSteveninck, HRM Rob Beukers, Italy head plant's CEO Elisabetta Floccari, American Windsor Plant CEO Daniele Crose, Deputy CEO Martin Deil, and other managers and staff from different regions.

Before meeting with staff the Grandland delegation visited local factories, accompanied by senior managers from Permasteelisa Holland, Italy and America. Specific operation, production process, business layout and on-going projects were presented to the Grandland delegation.

The events and meetings with regional staff were hosted by the local factory director. CEO Riccardo from Permasteelisa delivered the opening speech. Mr. Riccardo oversaw business negotiations, collaboration, the signing and post-signing plan and summarized business modes and collaboration effects with LiZhu Group. Furthermore, Mr.. Riccardo emphasized that Permasteellisa's joining with Grandland represented a new start. The Chinese market is promising and significant and both parties effectively harness future development trends with a full focus on successful international collaboration. After joining with Grandland, Permasteelisa maintains independent operation and maintains brand and quality and continues to play a leading international role.

President ZhangYi delivered passionate speeches at regional factories and he pointed out that this connected world brings us all together. Note: Scheldebouw, based in the south of Holland, is an important branch of Permasteelisa. It has two factories in Middelburg and Heerlen respetively. Since 1993, it has dealt with aluminum production in Royal Dutch Dock "DeSchelde", aiming to supply light aluminum materials for domestic and foreign business ships, aviation manufacturing, house construction, and outsource decoration, and also supply modular exterior installation system for projects home and abroad. Scheldebouw became a member of Permasteelisa in 1995. Presently the engineering capacity is up to 170000 hours with a total production capacity of 250000 hours, factory land area 154400m2, factory building area 62500m2, and engineering construction area 5050m2. Its operation is on sound track with approximately 15% gross profit. Projects are mostly located in London, UK. Examples of on-going projects are De Rottersam (Holland), Heron (London), 52Lime Street (London), and TIPQ S5&S6 (London).
